Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s 8th Annual

Translating Multispecific Success

August 12, 2025

Join us at Cambridge Healthtech Institute's 8th Annual Translating Multispecific Success conference, where we take a focused dive into the transformative potential of bi/multispecific antibodies for solid tumor therapies. This year, we explore both the groundbreaking advancements and the challenges in developing tri- and tetra-specific antibodies, as well as the combination of multispecific antibodies with other cellular modalities to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Attendees engage in critical discussions on how to navigate the complexities of bringing multispecifics to the clinic, addressing safety, regulatory, and financial hurdles while leveraging innovations to reduce clinical attrition. Together, we aim to redefine cancer immunotherapy by translating knowledge into breakthrough solutions for solid tumor treatment.

Who should attend: Biotech Founders in IO, Pharma Directors, Principal and Senior Scientists, IO Professors and Post-Docs, Immunologists and Oncologists, Computational Biologists, Regulatory Affairs Specialists, Clinical Trial Managers, and those researching bispecific/multispecific antibodies and cell therapy.

Coverage will include, but is not limited to:

  • Lessons from Solid Tumor Successes and Emerging Multispecific Innovations
    • Breakthroughs and challenges with tri- and tetra-specific antibodies
    • Combining multispecifics with other cellular modalities
    • Learnings from promising and successful solid tumor clinical trials
  • Accelerating Multispecifics to the Clinic: Overcoming Key Obstacles
    • Overcoming safety hurdles
      • Combating toxicity in solid tumors
    • Navigating complex regulations with brand-new therapies
    • What to do about funding limitations
    • Lowering attrition rates in the clinic
      • Patient selection and biomarkers

The deadline for priority consideration is January 31, 2025.

All proposals are subject to review by session chairpersons and/or the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure the overall quality of the conference program. Additionally, as per Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s policy, a select number of vendors and consultants who provide products and services will be offered opportunities for podium presentation slots based on a variety of Corporate Sponsorships.
