Frequently Asked Questions
In-Person Attendee:
What is CHI’s preparedness plan for returning to in-person events?
CHI is working closely with the conference facilities to ensure a safe conference environment. We are monitoring CDC updates as well as local government
guidelines. As we get closer to the event dates, a full preparedness plan will be outlined based on the above guidance.
How will CHI be verifying vaccination of attendees?
We are partnering with Health Pass by CLEAR to verify vaccination status for all of our onsite event attendees and staff. Trust and transparency are top priorities for CHI
and for CLEAR, and with Health Pass, users are always in control of their health information. You will not be asked to release any personal health data directly to CII. Click here to learn more about CLEAR.
What does “fully vaccinated” mean?
According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), people are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their last vaccine does. If you received a single
dose vaccine (ie, Johnson & Johnson), you are fully vaccinated two weeks after your shot. If you received a vaccine that requires two shots (ie, Pfizer or Moderna), you are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after your second shot.
If you don’t meet these requirements, you are NOT fully vaccinated, and will not able to enter the event space.
